Earlier, Stratton 7 hit upon the best reason why I & many others believe the originals have all turned to dust-God allowed them to disintegrate after they were copied more than once.

If any originals still existed & were proven somehow to be originals, they'd become icons of worship in the manner of the "Holy Grail", the spear head supposedly thrust into Jesus' side, or the supposed splinter from His cross. The OBJECT would be worshipped as much as the AUTHOR who caused the originals to be written.

Far as that goes, there are many who show REVERENCE & RESPECT for some of the ancient Scriptural manuscripts, but that's not WORSHIP. Remember, in several tales of chivalry, more than one knight did obeisance to a supposed vision of the Holy Grail. I don't believe God wanted that to be done to His word.

Could you give a reference on that? I would not be surprised at anything he might say, but I would like to see it myself. Thanks.

All 3 of those Greek texts have large agreement between them, and where they do disagree, does it affect changing major doctrines?

The KJVO author quoted seemed to be stating that in some way, Jesus and the Kjv are one and the same!

    Try this:
Steven Anderson preaches that the Bible is God

I can't find the original writing on this, in which it's stated that he actually WORSHIPS the KJV. But in the above, we must assume he worships God, & if he believes the KJV is God......

I don’t know if your reply is to the OP or referenced to me.
If to me, no I don’t think the KJB is the literal original manuscripts that we don’t have.

You’re twisting the words and posts around.
I said represented in the copies in a response to someone else.
YOU stated the literal original manuscripts are represented in the CT/MT/TR when I asked you WHERE are the ORIGINALS. The copies are representative of the originals, but they aren’t the literal original manuscripts that no one has!
The question to you didn’t have anything to do with if the translations we have today are representative, to clear that up.
Moving forward, I see you’ve answered recently that they don’t exist so thanks for the honesty on that.
