    Well, it may have to do with my security settings?

    I'm not a developer, but once I signed off from my Nook, I had no more problems with being able to post from my laptop! Unlike you I am not a developer of anything cyber, other than developing the need to call my tech over to fix my PC from time to time :) so, all I can say is, once I shut off and sign off the board on the nook, I no loner had a problem with the other.
