    Which is more important?

Islam's right to rule the world?

Or the rights of Americans to be Christians?

Your fascination with me continues, I see. If you really want an autographed photo that badly, just request one.

Stupid question. Number one is not a right at all. You present another false dilemma.

If we can't have a serious discussion pertaining to the topic, this thread will be closed. Or we can move it to the humor section. Thanks.

I vote move it to humor, or close it, either way. The OP is pointless, as Muslims have no right to rule the world, and that has nothing to do with our freedom of religion as Americans. Which is why it got the responses it did.

Muslims claim a right to rule the world.

I agree that it is stupid. But, it is their premise . . . and they are actively trying to fulfill it . . .

Agreed. This is the attempt for the third caliphate, the third jihad. At least that's what they are telling us and showing us globally.

I was making a serious point in a humorous fashion.

There seems to be no point in simply mentioning that the OP presents a false dichotomy - "headaches!" "$20 dollar words!" "lemmas!" oh my! - so I thought an illustration would be faster and cleaner.

Humor might be a fun place for this impossible thread.

    You are getting better.

Maybe some humor is what you need.

Well I am certainly glad that our friends have decided that laughing at an Americans right to be a Christian was humorous . . . and they jokingly came out against that right.

But, now after the laugh, could we seriously consider the OP?

    Daisy,

If you wish to subvert the serious dialogue concerning the freedom for Americans to worship or Islam to dominate, then (first) tell us who Jesus Christ is in your life . . .

I ask seriously, as I have in the past, because you are able to defend islam against Christianity. You are able to defend nazis, but you do not seem able to preach Jesus to muslims . . . From what you have said, God placed you in a place to proclaim Jesus to the lost in the muslim community. Well, maybe in the Bangladeshi muslim community . . .

You are able to defend mohammed . . . and you do defend him and his militant followers much more than I have read you proclaim Jesus.

I'll take my right to be a Christian over Islam's right to rule the world.

Of course. The phrase "no brainer" pops to mind.

Too easy, there's nothing to discuss about this.

Kittens or ice cream - now there's a argument in the making! Steaks or naked dogs - you choose.

    Daisy, Daisy, Daisy....

I am looking forward to the follow up questions.

BTW, ice cream and steak. (That reminds me of a song)

Which one? I should have said "whiskers on kittens" - that is from a song. We had a sweet kitty who bit all the whiskers off her kittens. No harm, but they looked funny.
