IMO The Middle Class Task Force is a Trojan Hourse coming out of the Ministry of Truth (see below) designed to further divide the nation by creating a straw horse.

The straw horse: Present the majority of honest hard working self-entrepeneurs who fill up the ranks of the American workforce as the greedy minority of money grubbing "capitalist" who are only out to fleece the sheep.

The Ministry of Peace concerns itself with war, the Ministry of Truth with lies, the Ministry of Love with torture and the Ministry of Plenty with starvation. These contradictions are not accidental , nor do they result from from ordinary hypocrisy: they are deliberate exercises in doublethink
