    Now this is a surprise!

For Obama the first year in office it was the Bush budget passed in 2008 and took effect before Obama was sworn in as president. An incoming president is saddled with the outgoing president's budget. Hmmmmmm, interesting thought.

So the definition of "spending restraint" is now an extra trillion dollars a year in "stimulus spending"?

    A couple of points:

    1. Why are you always months behind on your Democrat talking points? Fax machine acting up?

    2. Obama can do anything that he wants with the budget by executive order.

    3. You have no idea what Obama's budgets have been or are since the Democrats haven't passed one since Obama came into office.
