Who said "Black History Month is an Insult"?

It should not be a novel idea that civil rights, women's rights, gay rights, are used to divide and victimize, for the purpose of obtaining political power. Human rights such as life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness come from God and not from those who govern. The idea that a white baby has more rights than a black baby or vice versa because of man-made doctrine is unbiblical.
We are all the same "in Christ."
