    Ironic,huh? Saddleback baptizes more people than any other church in the SBC. Apparently, Rick IS teaching repentence to his congregation.

    I don't know anything about Rick Warren nor this 'saddleback'.

    I do know that it is not difficult to baptize people these days, that does not mean repentance is being preached..not saying it isn't, just that baptism is not necessarily a given.

    I use to listen to Christian radio. folks like Charles Stanely, Chuck Swindoll, and one more predominantly nationally syndicated, can't remember.

    I believe it was Chuck Swindoll who closed one message by opening the doors of the church. In this invitation he stated that the person did not have to make any drastic lifestyle change, did not have to cut their hair, wear any specific type of clothing, just join the church, if they didn't want baptism, they didn't have to have it.

    Now, I know, this is not Rick Warren, but like I said, I don't know him.
