    You're kidding, right?
We have a war on terror and a war in Iraq, and you want to criminalize the acts of consenting adults in their own homes? We have much more serious issues at hand right now. Besides, that is between those consenting adults and The Almighty.

I haven't spoken with you in quite some time. I trust that God is showering you and your family with His Blessings.

    Hi, BiR!

It was a criminalization that the people of Texas, through their representatives, enacted. It is based on moral law in the West, which is that homosexual conduct is wrong. No, that doesn't mean that the police should go about shining flashlights through bedroom windows (and had not done so in the case of L v. T), but it does mean that morality is an objective reality based on absolutes and that citizens should govern themselves based on those absolutes.

BTW, still hoping to meet you next time I'm up that way, sometime in September. Will contact you by PM when I know more.

"The arrests had stemmed from a false report of a "weapons disturbance" in their home — that because of a domestic disturbance or robbery, there was a man with a gun "going crazy." The person who filed the report, neighbor Roger David Nance 41, had earlier been accused of harassing the plaintiffs. (Despite the false report, probable cause to enter the home was not at issue in the case; Nance later admitted that he was lying and pled no contest to charges of filing a false police report and served 15 days in jail)."

I am very sorry that I missed you last time. Unfortunately for me, I was in Oklahoma City (I think that's where I was) when you were coming through the Commonwealth. Let me know when you know more and I will plan my schedule around your trip. Looking forward to some strong coffee and Christian fellowship.

    Have a great week,
    BiR

President Bush will divide his party if he nominates his personal friend el señor Don Alberto Rinoceronte Gonzales.
