God did more than anticipate the Fall of Adam, He predetermined it, for He had already before Adam had being, predestined Christ to be the redeemer of His Elect 1 Pet 1:20

Who verily was foreordained[ predestinate]before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

Not only that, the names of the elect, before the foundation had already been written in the Lambs Book of Life Rev 13:8

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

Sorry but it was not possible for Adam and Eve, the Devil/Serpent to change their minds and not choose to sin, it was determined already by God for them to sin

God anticipated the Fall. He provided for its eventuality. He arranged for the Fall, providing the means and opportunity. But Adam sinned volitionally, by his own choice. Thus God is not the author of sin.

Truth, God predestined Christ to die as His Lamb of God before the Fall.

Falsehood, God caused [predestined/ordained] Adam to sin, then punished Adam and all his descendants for the action God compelled.

Truth, God arranged for Adam to sin, then punished Adam and all his descendants for the action God allowed.
