who killed Seth Rich ?

They will know as soon as the DC Police find out. Until then they won't. The DC police say they are working on the case, but have made little progress so far.

Rich was a Democratic National Committee staffer who was killed last July in Washington in what the Metropolitan Police Department determined was a botched robbery attempt. His wallet, iPhone and watch were left on his person Like so many other murders in the city, it remains unsolved.

DC Mayor Says Allegations Of Cover-Up Of Seth Rich Murder Are ‘Preposterous’

Wheeler's story has been debunked as has Rich's contacting Wikileaks. Just another lie the GOP hopes to use to detract from the disaster of Trump.

FBI and other law enforcement officials are privately knocking down a conspiracy theory today, fueled by conservative commentators on Fox News, that seeks to divert attention from Russia’s involvement in the hacking of the Democratic National Committee last year by suggesting a DNC staffer was murdered to cover up his involvement in passing the information to WikiLeaks.

According to officials with knowledge of the matter, the FBI is not investigating the unsolved murder of Seth Rich last year in what agents have determined was “a possible attempted robbery” gone wrong. Asked about the possible connection between Rich and WikiLeaks, one official told ABC News that “the only place I've seen that is through the conspiracy theories online."

The Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C., continues to investigate his death as a homicide.

Oh I know who Seth Rich is.

I'm asking why democrats don't care. There is absolutely no call for justice. Lots of calls to investigate republicans.

Did the DNC have him killed ? It certainly wasn't a "botched" robbery.

They are probably waiting until they can figure out how to blame it on Trump and the Russians.

who killed Seth Rich ?

Fox News staffers expressed frustration on Monday that on-air personalities at their network like prime time host Sean Hannity are continuing to peddle a conspiracy theory about the murder of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich.
"I'm disgusted by it," one Fox News employee told CNN.

Rich was shot to death last July in the streets of Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department continues to investigate the murder and police say there is evidence to suggest Rich was the victim of a botched robbery.

But for months, right-wing media outlets have floated unproven theories that Rich was the person who provided Wikileaks with thousands of internal DNC emails, and suggested his death was retribution for the supposed leak. No real evidence has been provided to support such claims.

NEWS report ~ Democrat staffer ...
DC jurisdiction....Dead man, wallet, iPhone, watch on his person.

NEWS report ~ DC "metro" police theory
DC investigative determination.....must have been a robbery gone wrong.

Huh?

Seek to rob a man, kill him in the process and then forget to rob him?

Wheeler's story has been debunked as has Rich's contacting Wikileaks. Just another lie the GOP hopes to use to detract from the disaster of Trump.

How does a "reporter" report a story "debunked", while "reporting" the FBI and other law enforcement officials are still "privately" actively "knocking down" the claimed "conspiracy" ? Why are they "still working on" a "debunked" theory?

LOL

FBI and other law enforcement officials are privately knocking down a conspiracy theory today, fueled by conservative commentators on Fox News,

Huh?

Reports of a man killed, theorized by officials as an attempted robbery, when NO robbery "of a dead man" was reported, AND "anyone", oops I mean, AND a "non-democrat" who wonders about such Police Theory is simply trying to "DIVERT from the gossip about Trump"?

that seeks to divert attention from Russia’s involvement in the hacking of the Democratic National Committee last year by suggesting a DNC staffer was murdered to cover up his involvement in passing the information to WikiLeaks.

Well, ya sure....no one should WONDER why the man was killed. Certainly it must have been for "robbing" him, "since" his personal items of value were still on his person!! AND everyone knows the resistance a thief encounters while trying to rob a dead man.

Huh?

No involvement of the Feds in the investigation of the man's death?

“the only place I've seen that is through the conspiracy theories online."

"FBI is not involved in Seth Rich case despite 'conspiracy theories,' officials say"

Huh? "The FBI is not involved in the man's case"....
Huh? "The FBI is "PRIVATELY" knocking down theories about the mans case?"

Gee, What would we do without a REPORTER'S opinion....when the news itself is not sensational enough?

A man, whose occupation was democratic staffer, was found dead.
The man was found, in DC, with his important personal items on his person.
DC police report, it was likely a "botched" robbery attempt.
Based on? All his personal items were on the dead mans body... lol
Fox reports the news.
Fox must be trying to deflect from other news reports... lol
The Feds are not officially involved in the mans case.
The Fed are "privately" involved in the mans case....lol

The Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C., continues to investigate his death as a homicide.

Wow. We need a report that the DC Police are doing what is part of their job description?

Thanks for sharing the "news" report that could have been condensed into a TRUTHFUL (void of all the psychobabble) one liner.....
Democrat staffer found dead in DC.

Hmm OK for this situation but not for Trump-Russian collusion (so-called)!

Yes, because if this guy was the DNC email leak the first thing that would spring to mind is that Hillary would have him killed right in the middle of her campaign. Murdering the leaker and potentially facing an investigation would be far less damaging than the actual leaks, right? And if WikiLeaks wanted to prove that they didn't hack the DNC all they would need to is produce a connection between Seth Rich and themselves. Instead they offer a reward for information about the murder? Sounds like O.J. Simpson's ploy.

This is my thread and I never referenced a Fox News anything. I simply want to know why you don't care about this man's murder.

I thought you wanted to know why Democrats don't want to know who killed Seth Rich. I didn't think emotional attachment, Crabby's or anyone's, came into your question.

I would say you spend a lot of time not thinking.

Accusing someone of not caring usually denotes some level of apathy.

Seth's family hired a detective who has been on friendly terms with the police. But he was told that they were told to stand down on this case.

John Podesta may have something to do with the murder. There is a line he said in a wikileak that may link him to the crime:"We will make an example of him" or words to that effect.

This "botched robbery" summation of the murder is stupid. His murder was intended to send a message that was no robbery --you mess with the DNC, and we will get you.

This is no conspiracy theory. The DNC has their fingerprints all over this.
