No, it is the ONLY issue the DNC has. They have no other, they have no candidate for the 2020 presidential race.
They need Trump/Pence removed from office in such a way that Hillary is declared the 2016 winner.
They need to "prove" Hillary actually won by declaring an invalid election result due to election "tampering".

IMO That is the reason they have no candidate for 2020 they don't believe they will need one.
They may very well be successful.

Why? My wife is an animal advocate and works with others to gather evidence for simple stuff as well as downright evil activities. Here is the bottom line, sometimes it takes years to expose the perpetrator before they can prosecute. So to ask for a definitive timetable is not being fair to the investigation.

Well, in an attempt to be kind if you look around the houses of the senate and the congress one can see what I mean by my metaphor.

IMO, There should be two (possibly 3) things added to the requirements of those elected to the houses - 1) FIXED term limits of no more than 2 elections. 2) a successful cognizance test no mater what the age and 3) A FICO score over 700.
