Will NY Governer Patterson resign over scandal

    How, exactly, could we tell if Patterson stopped running the state? What could be more scandalous than his lack of leadership? Patterson has a 23% approval rating. That means 2 million in New York City and four upstaters would notice he quit.

    I'm REALLY wondering what this is. If it is really worse than what the last governor did, then Patterson really has to go.
