World economy enters 'dangerous new phase'

As the nation and world continue in its downward spiral by continuing to go deeper into debt we are seeing the time grow ever more closer when this nation falls into obscurity and poverty becoming like a third world nation.

What would be the line you (anyone) would personally cross to conclude that you are no longer middle class? Have you crossed it?

In the same way, what personal changes would we see if the US crossed the line into 3rd world status?
