Would you court-martial SP/4 Jeff Hanks?

A court martial is in order.
So is a thorough psychological exam by a professional. Right now he is self diagnosing and that's not good enough.
Mitigating circumstances will be considered at his court martial.
I have a feeling we're not getting the whole story.

I trust those on the court martial board have your integrity
I doubt we are getting the rest of the story too. Probably many of his fellow soldiers are also suffering. It comes with the territory of being a soldier during war time. So, what makes him more special than the other guy having a hard time too yet does his duty and deploys with his unit?
I think he should get help but at the same time be held accountable for his selfish decision. I know that sounds like double talk but this guy does not deserve to remain in the military nor does he deserve the benefits of those who have served honorably.
