Your Requirements if Selling a Haunted House

A real estate friend was telling me New York has some strict laws about disclosing if your house is haunted, but no such requirement in Arizona.

"Zillow’s state-by-state analysis found that just four U.S. states – namely New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Minnesota – actually have real estate disclosure laws that stipulate sellers must inform buyers of any potential paranormal activity on their property."

Here are the rules for selling a haunted home - RealtyBizNews: Real Estate News

But I'm wonder how they prove you failed to reveal it?

That sounds like new york
off subject - but virtually anyone will be free on bail after an arrest
oh boy - thats new york for you.

No wonder - we want to split the state up.

Did you see where Trump & Melania have declared Florida to be their home now? He said he was tired of paying them millions to get the worst treatment.

I dont blame him

BUT - under NY law - for every day he spends in NY City - he must pay City and State income tax.

and yes - that includes professional ball players - So when the Houston Astros play a 3 game series with the
Yankees - those 3 - or even 4 days - NY State - as well as the City - the salary they earn will be taxed by NY!

Rush Limbaugh moved out of NY for tax reasons.
He makes about 30 million a year. For arugment sake
lets say his taxable income is 20 mill a year -
His NY state income tax would be 1.7 million dollars
His NY City income tax would be about 750 thousand dollars

In Florida - his income tax bill is about - oh - wait - Fla does not have income tax!
