I never disputed it was the "same" Spirit who did all this. Indeed, that was my point, only the Holy Spirit's power is able to do any of these things. That power is no in the regenerated nature or the human will. Please read more carefully.

Well, SDA was established on the prophesies of a proven false prophet - Ellen G. White and so the church and its doctrine is no better than the spirit behind the false prophetess.

It has been a long time since I read Ellen G. White's doctrine of investigative doctrine as she taught it. However, I will refresh myself, but I believe she is not teaching it the way you or SDA is now intepreting it.

No! His high priestly work in providing and completing the work of redemption (the purchased price) was finished in the earthly ministry of Christ including the presentation of it as a finished sacrifice in heaven.

Now, he simply APPLIES the finished work to His people as they are being born into the world. There is a difference between the work of redemption and its application. The work of redemption is finished ONCE FOR ALL and that is why he is SEATED in Heaven (Heb. 10:9-14). The work of application is ongoing forever.

Whaaaat???? Daniel 7 is simply a preview of the second coming not some other secret coming. Daniel 7 is the same coming in Revelation 19. There is no secret coming from one part of heaven to another part. Milner admitted his error but White and SDA are too proud to admit they were in error so they invented this anti-biblical nonsense.

You have a very short memory. I debated Daniel 8 with you in detail and you left the forum without answering.

Your false accusation above appears to be followed by a personal confession of fact regard your lack of familiarity regarding the subject.

Generally speaking - wild accusation combined with lack of familiarity with the subject - means false accusation.

I suspect we have both seen that in the past.

Nothing new there.

in Christ,

I guess this is the part where I am supposed to respond - Yes!

Again - lack of familiarity with the subject from a purely Biblical perspective.

In Heb 8 Paul states clearly that on Earth Christ is not priest at all.

Hebrews 8

8 Now the main point in what has been said is this: we have such a high priest, who has taken His seat at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, 2 a minister in the sanctuary and in the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, not man. 3 For every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices; so it is necessary that this high priest also have something to offer. 4 Now if He were on earth, He would not be a priest at all, since there are those who offer the gifts according to the Law; 5 who serve a copy and shadow of the heavenly things, just as Moses was warned by God when he was about to erect the tabernacle; for, “See,” He says, “that you make all things according to the pattern which was shown you on the mountain.” 6 But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, by as much as He is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises.

Heb 9:11
"But WHEN Christ APPEARED as a HIGH PRIEST of the GOOD things
to come HE ENTERED through the GREATER and MORE PERFECT TABERNACLE, NOT MADE with HANDS, that IS to say, NOT OF THIS creation;..

Heb 9:23
"THEREFORE it was necessary that the COPIES OF the THINGS in
heaven to be cleansed with these, but the HEAVENLY THINGS THEMSELVES
with BETTER sacrifices than these. For Christ did NOT enter a holy place MADE'
with HANDS, a MERE COPY of the TRUE ONE, but into HEAVEN ITSELF"

Hebrews 4
13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.
14 Therefore, since
we have a great high priestwho has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.
15 For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin.
16 Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace,
so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Defining and limiting the work of redemption as the completed atoning sacrifice "once for all" at the cross - is to miss entirely the High Priestly work on the Day of Atonement as if the work of the High Priest IN The Sanctuary did not have anything to do with the Atonement.

You have to ignore a lot of detail in Hebrews 9 and 10 and Lev 16 to take that narrow view of what is not part of the Lev 16 day of Atonement and the work of the High Priest.

In both the OT and NT the High Priest performs His work seated on the throne.

By the will of God we have been sanctified (set apart) through the offering of the body of Christ.
KJV

9Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
10By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Hebrews 8
1 Now the main point in what has been said is this: we have such a high priest, who has
taken His seat at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens,
2 a
minister in the sanctuary and in the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, not man.

Zech 6
12"Then say to him, 'Thus says the LORD of hosts, "Behold, a man whose name is Branch, for He will branch out from where He is; and He will build the temple of the LORD.
13"Yes, it is He who will build the temple of the LORD, and He who will bear the honor and sit and rule on His throne Thus, He will be a priest on His throne, and the counsel of peace will be between the two offices."

When that judgment "is passed in favor of the saints" then the 2nd coming event as described in Dan 2 and 7 takes place.

You keep insisting that whatever God and all heaven is doing is a secret -- interesting - but Dan 7 states the fact though you insist it is "a secret".

Dan 7
The Ancient of Days Reigns

9 “I kept looking
Until thrones were set up,
And the Ancient of Days took His seat;
His vesture was like white snow
And the hair of His head like pure wool.
His throne was ablaze with flames,
Its wheels were a burning fire.
10 “A river of fire was flowing
And coming out from before Him;
Thousands upon thousands were attending Him,
And myriads upon myriads were standing before Him;
The court sat,
And the books were opened.

...
13 “I kept looking in the night visions,
And behold, with the clouds of heaven
One like a Son of Man was coming,
And He came up to the Ancient of Days
And was presented before Him.

you keep insisting that since this is in heaven it is a secret and we cannot know about it. As odd as that solution is on your part - Daniel reveals it to us 'anyway'

I am probably guilty on all counts there since I don't remember what I left without answering.

The "less than sola scriptura" response we have come to expect is sure to start ss something like this

As if... Ellen White is the source of those Bible texts - which is almost beyond belief even for an all-name-calling-all-the-time devotee.

Why not bring up the level of your discourse and have something that you can be happy with when it is all said and done?
