Anti-abortion = Threat to Homeland Security

I'm not worried about being a threat to Homeland Security. In fact, I am sick & tired of the word "Homeland Security". You never hear any mention of national security anymore.

I don't see the problem with having malitias. That is how our country got started. As long as a malitia stays localized, there should be no problem. I possibly could understand if it snowballs into a large miltant group, but then you'd run the risk of being infiltrated.

The only reason they would want to put people into "camps" is because they feel threatened. You are right, that is some scary stuff.

Political and/or idealogical profiling.............. very dangerous to the free exercise of conscience, opinion sharing, and religion.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... enlisting people within communities to be informants?

This only happens in places like Russia, or Nazi Germany....... right?

And who said communism is different from socialism...... they both look more the same to me than two peas in a pod!

Soon it'll be, if you aren't a liberal/dem/socialist/communist(or christian who believes the bible) your a threat to homeland security. And they do not have to follow the laws like everyone else, they can arrest you, never charge you, and never release you, with no evidence.

Two observations. First, it should be noted that the report notes that the ACLU has supported the militias.

Second, would you object to a militia whose members spoke Farci?

 

Not an Obama fan here, But you should already know that these fusion centers were set up under the Bush administration.

 

I don't care what language they speak. There are two things that I do care about militias though:

1. There should be absolutely NO government involvement with them.

2. Militias should only be run on a local level.

Militias serve the purpose of keeping order in neighborhoods, assisting law enforcement with missing persons, assisting with disaster aftermath (tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.), & in extreme circumstances fight to prevent the government from trampling your rights.
