Cuba agrees to talks with United States

    In a sudden reversal indicating a warming in relations, Cuba has said it will meet the the US on a number of matters, including narcotics trafficking and direct mail service.

    Hopefully this heralds the beginning of a new era of cooperation between the two neighbors.

    I guess the reason why Obama wants to have a warm relationship with Cuba is so he can learn how to be a better socialist dictator.
