May a judge require a women to remove her headress in court?

What would be wrong with taking the woman into a separate room with two women for her to take off her veil? I don't know. It does make me nervous when judges vote against religious beliefs - even if they are not what we would think would be right. I mean, I don't believe in dressing like that but what if the facts were changed a bit and a woman who felt led to wear dresses and a covering were asked to change and uncover her head?

I think there should be a reasonable accomodation for religious beliefs.

The problem is in countries where this is the norm women cannot own property,drive cars, or otherwise be required to have id. If they want to hold on to these beliefs America is not a good place, not because of intolerance, but because women have many needs to identification. The hard ship is on the state here and not the women. She needs to make the adjustment or not be involved in the public square.
