Dude, it's actually very, very simple. I want the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade; but realistically, that battle is either not going to happen, or will take a long time.

Yup. This thread had nothing to do with any Bush-appointed judges. He'll also call your interpretation of scripture "liberal" if he doesn't like it.
So it does appear that the leftist judges in this case are protecting Obama. When this horrible law gets overturned it will be bacause it is unconstitutional, not because of any activism on a judge's part.

I responded to the OP with the comment about the SC having activist judges. You and others picked up that and highjacked the thread by posting and posting and posting about my comment. Now that you are unable to answer my questions you retread to insults, whining, etc., etc.
If you and others had not created a rabbit-track on my comment there would have been no rabbit-track discussion.
Now, what leftist judges are you speaking about? What are their names and decisions?
I replied to your question showing that Roberts and Alito have not lived up to their statements in their hearings before Congress. Then you retread to the indefensible position of simply saying they are leftist organizations. I doubt you looked any of them up, just retreated to one of your favorite, hide behind the comment positions.
