It does appear to be their reasoning.

Very often I see the left try to pin this on evangelicals, yet I've never actually seen documented proof that dispensationalists believe in this way. As if human action could affect God's timetable.

I see. Your contention is that Evangelicals in particular are warmongers, but when I point out that many others were in favor of the wars initially, you proclaim that to be irrelevant...

...and then go on to quote an article posted on an anti-US, anti-Israel, anti-India website in Pakistan. An article written by a polemicist who spends all his time attacking the so-called neocons.

Ok well thanks for playing, poncho.

An alternate title might be "Why do Christians trust in horses and chariots?" but it would be to esoteric for Targus to understand.

And I see you still have problems with being honest. Or maybe you just don't understand English.

    I said and I quote myself . . .

"The very "non - evangelical" warmongers are a subject for another thread this one is dealing specifically with evangelical warmongers."

I proclaimed and rightly so that the very "non - evangelicals" are irrelevant in this thread. If you would like to discuss the very "non - evagelical" warmongers then start a thread that addresses them specifically. There they will be relevant.

Spoken like a true Islamophobe. Bravo! Just goes to show how effective this particular propaganda campaign has been.

Add up the numbers and I'll bet you'll find that the US and Israel (through the influence and control it has over our government and our mass dream media and the masses of weak minded sheople) are responsible for more deaths around the world in the last century than all the Islamic nations combined.

Face it buddy yer addicted to war. Come up with a cause, any cause no matter how outrageous, absurd or unsubtantiated and we'll go abroad and kill people. Better yet now we don't even need a cause. The only cause we need is cause we can. Congress need not even be involved. No questions, no debate no problem. We love war. War War War. We can't get enough of it.

How many wars we got going now? Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Pakistan, Yemen, war on drugs, war on poverty, war on illiteracy, war on hunger, soon to come war on Iran, war on Syria, and on and on war war war. Man we just love war. We're addicted to it! We crave it! Gotta have it! Yummy in the tummy, war! But the war we love the most is the war on information! We absolutely positively hate information unless it's spoon fed to us a teaspoon at a time by the very people who stand to gain the most from WAR!

Thanks for giving us such a fine illustration of my last point NS. By attacking the authors of the report rather than attacking the information it contains you proved that above all else you hate and fear information and would love to kill off all of it that doesn't come from one of your favored warmongering sources.

That's only because Arab armies are so crappy they couldn't defeat a country the size of Rhode Island...combined!

lol..and you should face up to your addiction to anti-US rhetoric of any kind. Hey the Pakis agree with you!

Yeah that's why we've utterly failed to actually win any of the numerous wars we've not declared on em.

As long as there's people like you who think international gangsterism is something the USA should be party to there will be people like me that'll call you out on it.

Get used to it. People are waking up to all the globalist's lies.

See how he attacks me instead of the information folks? He always finds a way to stay well clear of it does't he? Attack the authors, attack me infer that people who disagree are anti semites and anti American anything to keep from looking at that dreded information.

BTW NS we're winning the infowar that's more than you can say for your beloved international gangsters that haven't won a war since WW2 and they needed our blood and treasure and a false flag attack (Pearl Harbor) to that. Why wouldn't the Pakis agree? We're dropping bombs on em everyday from the safety and comfort of bunkers hundreds of miles away and 95% of the deaths caused by the drone attacks are innocent civilians. Google it.

You'd be screaming bloody murder if the Pakis we're using drones to kill us and you'd be right. But they aren't human beings like us are they? No. they deserve it. They have a different god than we do and ever since our dictator buddy over there said no we've been out to kill em all and in a most cowardly fashion too!

You, Sir, are either horribly misinformed, or horribly ignorant of the facts. Sure, if you Google it that's what you'll come up with. Because the liberal media only reports what they want the Americans to see, and the liberal media is so anti-war that they have decided to leave any good news out.

Where was the liberal media when an Iraqi citizen came out to my convoy as were we halted, and offered us food and shelter, and thanked us for helping them? Where is the liberal media when the Afghani children get excited to us as we drive through the towns and wave to us? Where is the liberal media when US/NATO troops are handing out food and water to the people? Or when we build them schools, sewer systems, and power grids? Where was the liberal media when just this week, my convoy stopped to help Afghanis that had flipped a pickup and a little girl got hurt so our medic helped splint her leg to hold it until they could get her to a hospital; and we stopped the Afghani traffic to allow a vehicle to have free access to serve as an ambulance?

95% of kills are innocent civilians? Do you even know how many hoops we have to jump through to even be able to fire upon anyone from a drone?

Also, cowardly fashion? Since when is using superior technology a cowardly fashion? Are you saying we should resort to using no body armor and getting no real training in order to make it a fair fight?

Before you start spouting misinformation and slander in order to advance your opinion (which, by the way, I don't care whether or not conservatives are warmongers or not. It doesn't affect me either way), try thinking first. You have insulted conservatives by saying that "we've been out to kill em all", and you have insulted me personally by calling the strategic tactics used "a most cowardly fashion".

Sapper Woody, Poncho has been wrong about so many things for so long that he thinks if he spews enough hogwash nobody will notice. I appreciate your service. My son did two deployments in Iraq and I am proud of him also.

Yeah, and then you to can act like InTheDark and attack me from the shadows like a little coward without ever having to read my replies.

Dare to be a man. Cobarde!

Oh brother and you call me misinformed?

Have you ever bothered to see who actually controls the media? I mean really.

The U.S. media landscape is dominated by massive corporations that, through a history of mergers and acquisitions, have concentrated their control over what we see, hear and read. In many cases, these giant companies are vertically integrated, controlling everything from initial production to final distribution. In the interactive charts below we reveal who owns what.

Take a look. It's not the "liberal media" it's the mass conglomerated corporate media. The same corporations that profit from war are the same ones reporting the nightly news. Doesn't matter if it has a liberal bias or a so called conservative bias. You only see and hear what the corporations want you to. You think they're going to let any of their news networks give them bad reviews? Or do an actual real investigation into their inner workings? Get real man! Wake up and smell the coffee.

You have to find real honest to goodness independent investigative reporters to get the real news. They're fairly easy to find. The mass conglomerated corporate news people call them "conspiracy theorists" to keep you from learning the truth.

    Liberal media.

Let me guess the corporate media was busy hiding the fact the banks and corporations you and the corporate mass conglomerated media serve have been helping themselves to everything the Iraqi's once owned. Tell me, how is it you missed the mass media build up blitz before "operation enduring freedom"? Which of the "liberal media" outlets was against attacking Iraq over basless allegations? Answer. None. Not one. Where was your "liberal media" then? Cheering for war that's where. Not only are you misinformed you don't even recall history from just ten years ago!

Well I know the ones you don't have to jump through. You don't have to jump trough the U.S. Constitution. You know that founding document you swore to protect and defend against all enemies foreign and domestic. Tell me, how is ignoring the constitution protecting and defending it? How do you protect and defend it by turning a blind eye while our "leaders" trample it?

You don't have to jump through the U.S. congress because it it serves the same banks and corporations you do. Your duty isn't to follow the flag where ever big boss corporatism takes it it's your duty to defend the constitution, period. How about doing your duty for a change instead of demanding respect you haven't earned by not doing your duty or is this to much to ask?

It's like NS pointed out we only attack little countries with crappy armies so the IMF and World bank can loan these countries money at interest to rebuild after we've destroyed em.

There is nothing conservative about attacking sovereign nations on the flimsiest of evidence and out and out lies. Was Iraq a threat to this nation? No. Did Iraq attack us? No. Was Libya a threat to this nation? No. Did Libya attack us? No. Was Gaddafi a dictator? Yeah so what if he was. What makes him so much worse than the dictators we support?

You've shown that you have no idea of what's going on. You follow orders like a good soldier don't you? Never questioning never asking why we have to keep removing these "regimes" all over the globe.

Where in the U.S. constitution that you swore to protect and defend does it say we have a right to remove dictators from anywhere? Where does it give us the right to attack sovereign nations without a formal declaration of war and before you start in with the UN this and the UN that where does the constitution you swore to protect and defend give a group of anti American internationalists the right to over ride our laws and dictate policy to us?

Where does it give congress the power to cede control of it's war powers over to a foreign power?

No brother I haven't insulted you at all. You have done that by not doing your first duty. This is who you serve now oh brave one. How about doing us all a favor and try serving your country and countrymen instead? You want real respect? Then earn it.

Oh yeah and before I close I have one more question for you. How do you feel about your brothers and sisters being killed and wounded by (Al Qaeada) terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan while our government, the same government that sent you and them over there flies air cover for, arms and trains the very same terrorists (Al Qaeda) in Libya?

We just handed Libya over to em and gave em a seat at the UN! How's that knife in your back feeling about now? Or didn't you know that little bit of information? If you're so informed how'd you manage to miss this one?

Poncho, I will no longer be posting in this thread. I am still of the opinion that your stance is hogwash, even after reading your links. I have never talked to someone (although I've heard of them) that is so embroiled in conspiracy theories as you.

I will also be doing my absolute best to remain silent, and not respond to you on any of your posts, hard as that may be. You have shown that you are incapable of discussing a topic without insulting people. Again, you have attacked my honor, and my sense of duty. Now about respect, you can choose to respect me as a person, or not to; makes no difference to me. But to say that I and my comrades have not earned respect by not doing our duty? (I was going to issue a challenge here, but decided that it would be childish to stoop to issuing challenges over the internet, where anyone can hide behind whatever facade they wish.)

Lastly, I swore my oath to defend the constitution. But implied in my duties is also the defense of those incapable of defending themselves. If a dictator or nation gets so bad that the people are suffering, it is indeed my duty to intervene. Or, I suppose that if I were to see a man about to rape a woman on the streets, I should do nothing?

Oh, and to throw your words back at you:
...of pointing fingers and blame at people, and actually do something useful?

You will because more people are waking up to the criminal nature of our government and the "international community" AKA global central banksters and corporations AKA our real government.

Oh boo who. I've been insulted for years here I didn't turn tail and run away first time someone disagreed with or insulted me. I think you'll find as I did that the people who cry the loudest about being insulted are also the first ones to start throwing them about. Isn't that right InTheDark?

Is this your way of telling me that you aren't going to repsond to my challenge? I asked you to show us where in the U.S. Contsitution it gives us the right to attack, invade and occupy sovereign nations that have not attacked us. Show us where it gives us the right to meddle in the affairs of other nations either by using sanctions and proxy armies (radical Islamists) as in the case of Libya and Iran to destablize regimes who refuse to submit to the "international community" or by out and out naked aggression.

You would do well and honor yourself to help those in need that is our Christian duty after all. However the U.S. Contitution forbids undeclared wars, nation building and un warranted agression you are trying to justify with this sort of "humanitarian" mumbo jumbo. You really want to help others?

Honor your oath! Step up and speak out against these endless illegal wars and unwarranted aggression. Oh for sure they'll call you a coward and traitor and claim you are derelict in your duties as a soldier like they and most folks in these parts did with this guy. Ehren Watada.

They may even call you a "conspiracy theorist" for daring to speak the truth.

But only those who choose to remain ignorant will call you that. Those who hunger and thrist for the truth will honor your efforts in a way all these pseudo Americans can't even imagine.

Back some thirty years ago when I first swore the same oath you did I was much like you full of pride and had noble intentions of helping others and defending my country. But, since I have learned the truth about who is really charge of our un democratic and un American foreign policy I have been speaking out about it and I've been called every name in the book.

So I am still honoring the oath. My time is almost up and this country is depending on young folks like you to do the really honorable thing. To learn the truth and proclaim it from the rooftops.

And that's my second challenge to you. Let's see if you'll step up to this one or try to substitute some obfuscation in place of answering the challenge like you did the first time.

Oh and BTW InTheDark from now on I'm going to try harder to ignore remarks from cowards like you.

Does anyone else care to show me . . .

Where in the U.S. constitution that Sapper Woody swore to protect and defend does it say we have a right to remove dictators by coercion or force from anywhere?

Where does it give us the right to attack sovereign nations without a formal declaration of war and before you start in with the UN this and the UN that where does the constitution he swore to protect and defend give a group of anti American internationalists the right to over ride our laws and dictate policy to us?

Where does it give congress the power to cede control of it's war making powers over to a foreign power?

Anyone? Actually I don't expect anyone to answer this. What I do expect is to hear from the people who like to throw around insults and then whine because I shoot back. What I expect is to hear how misinformed I am about everything. Why? Because that's what always happens when you folks are faced with facts and truth. They cannot argue with it so instead they attack me and call me names of all sort. They tell me how I've been wrong about everything, without offering anything but their own opinion of course and not counting the times I have soundly defeated them when they actually did work up the courage to try and debate facts and evidence with me. Isn't that right NS and InTheDark?

Not that I'm complaining mind you I think it's rather comical.

Why? Because as far as actual debate goes they're beat before they even start. That just strikes me a funny for some reason.

Perhaps my good friend NS would care to show us where the U.S. Constitution authorizes these endless global interventions. According to him he's been right about everything so far so lets hear it NS how bout it. Yer the man "in the know" so you keep claiming so where does the constitution authorize these things I've mentioned? And if you find you cannot find where it does. Tell us why are we doing it if the constitution doesn't authorize it. What makes the unlawful lawful?

Because the "terrorists" hate our freedom? Or maybe it's our global patriotic duty to help little old Iraqi ladies across the street after we've bombed her village to oblivion for very good reasons we find out later are nothing but a pack of lies?

Naw you know what. Nevermind. Go ahead and live in denial and wallow in corporate propaganda. I got more important things to do than sit here and waste time with you people. All the folks who had any sense at all gave up on you all and left here a long time ago. All there is here now is just the hardcore deniers of anything that even resembles the truth and those who can't stand the principles this country was founded on.

All the peace makers and real patriots are long gone from here run off by you warmongers. Go start cheering for the next wonderful endless war and be happy.
