Oh Boy! Now the fun starts. The newbie will try and flex his new-found Great Leader's muscles in order to convince the South and the States to not mess around with the North. There could be some new tensions around the DMZ.

There could be a battle behind the scenes for a power advantage. The deceased's sister and those old generals will not acquiesce to Chubby-Face so willingly.

One dictatorial regime replaced by another.

Nothing much different will occur, perhaps China will now drop their defensive pact with N Korea and we can finally get them to talk.

He hasn't done anything yet. As such, maybe he'll get the Nobel Peace Prize.

And mine! And he's to be succeeded by his 20-something son, Kim Yung-'un.

That is funny. On a serious note, though, thank God the man is dead. He had the distinctive reputation for being one of the cruelist persecutors of Christians in modern times.

"The wicked is driven away in his wickedness: but the righteous hath hope in his death." (Prov. 14:32)

"When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn." (Prov. 29:2).

"They shall die of grievous deaths; they shall not be lamented..." (Jer. 16:4).

"...he reigned in Jerusalem eight years, and departed without being desired..." (2 Chr. 21:20).

"Therefore thus saith the Lord... they shall not lament for him..." (Jer. 22:18).

"And the slain of the Lord shall be many... they shall not be lamented..." (Jer. 25:33).

There comes a time when begging God for people to be saved turns to thanking God they are dead.

"Because I have called, and ye refused... I will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;... Then shall they call upon me and I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: For that they hated knowledge and did not CHOOSE the fear of the Lord." (Prov. 1)
