You can take my advice and simply: Remain within the limits of the laws of the road that your agreed to obey when you signed for that drivers license. :thumbsup:

The choice is your. If you want to help pay for that law enforcement officers salary and cushy retirement package (and the city, county and state fees attached to the total cost of the ticket), do what you want and pay da man when they catch you!

If your traffic code has been decriminalized it is almost impossible to beat a ticker because the judge only has to find the city's case to be 51% proven - if you can talk to a real judge and not an administrator.

The best way to beat a traffic ticket is to obey the traffic laws and not get one in the first place. Having said that, I got a few tickets in my 40 or so years of driving.

Got a ticket back in August 2011. I usually go 2-3 years between tickets. I speed but don't often get busted. But when I do, I pay my fine and get on with life.
