Obamacare Decision

    It was just reported that Chief Justice John Roberts is the one who is writing the opinion on the final decision. If that is the case then this means he is in the dominant decision and most likely means Obamacare is going down in flames.

    No matter what happens, it will be spun out of control for the election season.

    I wonder if we'll see pieces of Obamacare survive and other parts killed?

    And I wonder if the Supremes actually sat down and read the bill?

    On the other hand, I have seen where pundits think Justice Roberts will be a turn coat on this one. I still say they will uphold it as constitutional 6-3. I hope I am wrong.
