Why We Will Lose the fight Against Amnesty...

...per the article below, I believe that any attempt to continue to fight the inevitable (amnesty) is a losing cause. One way or another, we are becoming a more blended culture than anyone could hzave ever expected.

I guess it is time to simply let what will be to the powers that be, and move on and enjoy what time in life we have left on earth.

Truly, if the article is correct, America will be a much different nation in 2043, let's just hope everyone assimilates and learns to speak English?

Why is a change in racial diversity a loss to America? As believers ethnicity should be as meaningless as hair colour.

Maybe this diversity is just what America needs to get her back on track.

    Agreed....

...I have come to the conclusion that I can't fight city hall. It is what it is....and America is changing. Will it be for the better? Only time will show that answer, and I don't expect to be here in 2043 as that would make me close to 100.

This is happening all over the world. Traditionally 'white Europe' is changing. I think it might be a good thing. WASPs have not done such a great job of late. Maybe it's time to give someone else a shot.

The USA is a very different country and culture than when I was a kid. I'd say some of this change is good and some not so good.

I expect that will be true by 2043 ... and no, I will not be here to see it. There are some on the BB who will be here and I hope the USA will be an even better place to live than ever before. As Righteousdude said, time will tell.

    Going around in a circle?

We started out with only the diversity contained within the members of Noah's family. Assumption is that, as a unit, they were very similar in most physical aspects. Assumption is that, as a unit, they were very similar, if not identical in language, social norms at the time, and other non-physical aspects of their lives.

God brought an end to it and diversified their decendents through a language barrier. A barrier which scattered people across the globe. Which over time developed very diverse groups of people located in widely separated areas of the world.

Are we not returning to something very similar to the limited diversity of Noah's family?

But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Matthew 24:37.
