He seems to be willing to allow Congress to do much of the work. Which is good.
However......23 executive orders!! Really?! And he didn't bother to say what they were!!! :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead:

Using those kids was expected, and disgusting. This is nothing but an emotional ploy.

I have been asked several times at both the doctor and the E-room if I feel safe at home. I tell them safer than I do here. When asked why I answer because I get asked the ridiculous, none of your business, unconstitutional questions.

Yes. However that would not score anyone any points.

Nancy P said we'd have to read the bill to find out what's in it.

Has gun control already been established by Congress via ObamaCare implementation? A "backdoor" approach, that in the end will be just as effective as declaring that ownership of a firearm is illegal?

Actually it has been argued that it does the opposite. The below is why Obama had to sign executive orders 16 and 17 this morning.

"It seems that in their haste to cram socialized medicine down the throats of the American people, then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Barack Obama overlooked Senate amendment 3276, Sec. 2716, part c.

According to reports, that amendment says the government cannot use doctors to collect "any information relating to the lawful ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition.""

My doctor has never asked and if he did the only answer he would get is "NOYB".

What I wonder is if the doctor shared the information, would it be a violation of HIPPA?

You're welcome. There was some real debate on those words from Obamacare. I guess it was vague enough that both sides had valid arguments. I admit I believe it spoke against any info gathering regarding guns, while seeing how others could legitimately disagree.

Anyways, that would be why Obama decided to remove any wiggle room by using executive orders. He had to close the loophole that supported freedom and denied his real purposes of oppression.

If it's considered part of the patient's medical record -- I would assume yes. Nice catch.

So once again , Obama is urging others to break the law, let alone their oath.

I believe most doctors have more sense.

I was wondering the same thing this morning about HIPAA.

As far as using the children for his photo op, this is the same guy that would have let those same children suffer and die on a pile of dirty laundry had their mothers had an abortion that failed. Absolutely disgusting, this vermin.
