I worked for a NY based company for a long time. We had a branch in Calif that never ever produced. Finally had to close it down. Appears the network is doing the same thing.

Jimmy Fallon is a very funny man, and a multi-talented performer. He can act, he can sing, he can play musical instruments and he can do impersonations.

Leno is an affable guy that gives great monologues.

Fallon is an upgrade.

Hows about this....turn your TV, PC, Radio & all electrical contraptions except your reading lamp & read the bible & if that hurts your eyes .... as it does mine @ times (even though I have LARGE Print) then get some CD's & play then. Here is a narrator "Max McLean" that I greatly admire who has recorded the bible in different venues, and also Christian Classics like "The Pilgrims Progress"

I like the guys voice & I believe he does good work. There are several samples of his readings you can listen to on the link. Here ya go;

My Bible CDs are called a "Word of Promise" by several readers. I never have paid any attention to the entertainment industry. I would not know an emmy from an oscar. Leno to me is who replace Johnny Carson, and the honest truth is, I never heard of Fallon until this thread.

Prefer Alexander Scourby. Bought his a couple of years ago. Enjoy reading along while listening to him. Good way to read through the Bible. Just keep a sticky note pad to keep up with the last track heard.

Price is up at this location since I bought mine. Bonus CD is different.

What ever narrator floats your boat my friend...I just like Max cause he has different venues. I wish I could work for him.

But I'm reading Dr. D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones "Sermon on the Mount" ..... the mans my kinsman & he served as the minister of Westminister chapel in London for many years.

Excerpt:
"The Christian is a man who is taken out of this present evil world. He is placed in a portion apart and lives on a higher level. He belongs to a different kingdom. He is a new man, a new creature, a new creation. because of that, he sees everything differently, and therefore reacts in a different manner. He is no longer of the world, but outside it. He is in a position of detachment. "there", says Christ, "you can become like God in this respect, that you will no longer be governed exclusively by what other people do to you; you will have something within you that will determine your conduct & behavior."
