    This is not new. It used to be part of an initiation "rite" to get into a gang.

    A few years ago I saw a clip where the attacker (who failed to bring down his victim) was then knocked out cold by the attackee.

    It's frightening because the two examples they showed on the news last night from surveillance footage shows the victim being out cold when they hit the ground. Oh man, would I love to give it back to those idiots!

    I'm just waiting for one of these foks to go after the wrong person and he puts a bullet in them. Unfortunately, that's probably what it's going to take to bring this foolishness to a screeching halt.
