Sounds like an old concept with a twist. Lots of countries have romance hotels. Pay by the hour. They're much more discreet in other countries - often paid for without seeing a person. Sometimes it's just a matter of discretion for married couples with kids. Or just because. Or like the hourly rate motels in the United States.
Nothing new on earth - they just advertised this mobile one. Not that this happening in vehicles is new either. They're just drastically lowering the odds of a knock on the window from law enforcement in many cases, it would seem.
