I also am willing to admit when I got duped by a shyster. For example, while I believe his political views were right for America, John Edwards disappointed me with the lack of ethical behavior during the whole mess with his mistress and the death of his wife. Denying the affair, denying the child, and deeply hurting a woman he ostensibly loved, at least at some point, while she was battling a deadly disease, disgusts me. I regret ever supporting him based on those facts.
So you believe. If I come to believe that, I will admit it. So far, I am mixed on the President. None of us will be 100% in agreement with any President. More good than bad at this point, but the one big gripe I have is his continuation of the Bush-era warrantless domestic spying program. THAT is what righties and lefties should be outraged about, not a private insurance reform program that has been falsely labeled a "government takeover" that is anything but. You've been duped again by the joker in the white house. How long will it be before you admit that one?

That said, he was the best choice both in 2008 and 2012.

This. There are many things in this administration that are certainly worthy and fair to criticize. I was severely disappointed in the continued invasion of privacy that I was shocked to see continued and even escalated under Obama. I'm not a card carrying member of his fan club. Also not a big fan of the use of drones domestically and in some cases overseas. I was somewhat in favor of the ACA but I think he pushed it a little too hard and a little too fast as a lynchpin to his second electoral campaign. When it did come out it was an administrative disaster that has taken the better part of two years to fix. These are things worthy of discussion and criticism.
Sort of, but give me a minute on this one. I'm heading out the door with my wife for dinner but I have a theory that I believe could have solved a lot of the heartburn with the ill advised and stubborn manner that Obama rolled out the ACA. Bear with me here. Fair enough?
Up until the point where you say you believe it is constitutional for the president to alter legislation by executive fiat.
Very true. Sadly, they seem to think their obstructionist tactics will attain their goals.
That said, if the GOP really was serious they would become proactive instead of simply obstructionist.
Every president has done so. Look back over your history and see how many have been criticized for one or more executive orders. This is simply pertinacious political play and is seen as such by the majority of American voters. It plays into the hands of the Democrats, just like impeachment.

Partisan delusion is a sad thing.Tell Dirty Harry Reid to bring those 300 odd bills passed by the House and sitting on his desk to the floor of the Senate for debate.
We have an obstructionist Senate, not an obstructionist congress.
Partisan delusion is a sad thing.
Partisan delusion is a sad thing.
How is the fact that Harry Ried has blocked 352 bills passed by the House a paritsan delusion?
What kind of answer is that? Does it mean that you have no real response so you give a nonsensical answer like that?
How about providing some supporting evidence that shows Carpos answer was nothing but a partisan delusion.
In fact I challange you to do so. Otherwise your comment is nothing more than a childish personal attack with no foundation.
Mitch, your partisanship shows as well. You guys only look at one side of the coin, and cry like babies and sling mud with no backing. Do your own homework. Google is your friend. Read something besides extremist blogs.
This will get you started.
