    You mean get a guilty verdict, don't you? The evidence doesn't matter all that much.

    Even if the Officer is not indicted on criminal charges, Holder fully intends to try him for civil rights violations. He'll make 'em up if he has to.

    0bam@ is tied up with a busy schedule of fundraising, golf, and vacation on Martha's Island so he can't go himself and so he is sending his closest friend.
