The Bible tells us (Proverbs 10:4 - NIV), "Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth."

We have a potential infrastructure work force that could be in the billions, and with that many folks across all of America, it would take little time to upgrade an ever again infrastructure, bring it and the people who build it, into the twenty-first century!

Let me say this one thing. Here in southern Caifornia, we have water pipes busting every week and billions of gallons of good drinking water going down the gutters. The reason is, the Water Department pipes are anywhere from 50 to 100 years old.

We have bridges across this nation that are in danger of failing. We have some of the worst roads ever. And the need to upgrade America's infrastructure is critical.

If it was good enough for Americans in the days of Roosevelt's New Deal and WPA programs, why not take those programs; adapt and adjust them to fit today's society; and kill two birds with one stone.

    1) Put people back to work, giving them a purpose and something to be proud of having a hand in, and
    2) Bring America's infrastructure into this new millennial generation!

Not only will it put people back to work at the frail infrastructure spots; it will put people back to work at factories and businesses that would provide the pipes, steel, cement, etc., to refurbish our outdated infrastructure.

Turning idle hands into industrious, hard working, diligent hands, could help return a healthy form of wealth to America again!

    It won't work here.

Liberals won't let it. Take too many people off the government dole and put them to work, democrats lose their hold and influence over them.

    Never happen.

I agree. Not only would the DNC stop this, the ACLU, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Brad Pitt to name a few, would not call this the new deal, but rather the new slavery!

Still, this is what is needed, and maybe we will get someone in 2016 that sees this as a position to campaign on, and then kick it into action after elected!

    God bless you Cap!
