This is Good News on Tamir Rice Investigation!

I sure hope that this was a positive move on behalf of the city to get down to the root cause of the unacceptable manner in which police shoot and kill 12-year-old Tamir Rice.

I still think the best thing to do with this case is to turn it over to the State DOJ, AG or even allow the Federal AG's Office to investigate it and make final conclusion and recommendations!

This way, all parties involved will be more able to accept the findings.

Just like the shooting criminal shooting of Tyisha Miller of Riverside, CA in 1998 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyisha_Miller), action against the officer(s) needs to be considered to prevent future incidents!

 

What I am suggesting is that in order to quell the critics, it may be best that. like they have already done, have another venue do the investigation. I just don't know if the county is the answer, but we'll see.

You are right though. These protestors has forced local law enforcement to second guess all they do. It looks like soon, the only agency will be the feds, and then we know that with Obama lying all the time, who can TRUST them?

 

I know you are right .... and the scary things is, they are getting a foothold into doing this. If this republican congress doesn't rise up and stop Obama's executive order fling, we may never see the America we once knew and loved.
