Is Obama starting a nuclear arms race?

    "Saudi Arabia already announced in 2011 plans to build 16 nuclear reactors to meet the country's energy needs."

    No, but Obama seems to be set on getting any agreement just so he can say he got one - no matter what the fall out. (pun intended)

    He appears to be using the Ferguson technique of negotiation...
