This is what is wrong in America. Probably one reason we are sliding into third world type conditions! Well at least those mentioned in the above link!?!

Number of folks on welfare higher than ever: http://poorrichardsnews.com/post/91261966408/percentage-of-americans-on-welfare-at-highest

So what say you my loyal Obama supporters? And please don't blame Bush. He's been gone for over six years, long enough for Mr. Obama to have fixed this mess, don't you think?

Herculean task don't you think? One that a socialist pipsqueak couldn't even fathom to repare....some would say it's the 'hidden agenda' goal they are really striving for. And that my friend is BO's idea of American exceptionalism in the year of our Lord 2015.

There is a demand for these types of service jobs in our economy. For the most part they are low skilled jobs that require a minimum education. By definition they are not going to pay well.

They amount to 21% of all jobs. I don't see the problem. Perhaps you would elaborate and tell us why this is "sliding us into third world country status"?

First - they require no education.
Second - too many are making a career of entry level positions. - that is the problem.

Those who want more money do not want the additional responsibilities.

I don't understand the problem? This country is full of different types of people. Some are smart, some are stupid. Some have motivation, some don't. We need jobs for all types of people. Some people aren't cut out for higher education and the higher paying jobs that come with that.

Your keen insight I amazing, but why would a believer say , "some are smart, and some are dumb?" There times when your witness is barely visible, and with this statement it is MIA. And truthfully your words were right on, until hatefulness set in. I mean how would you like to be called stupid, or your loved , or child "stupid" based on the job they held?!? Shalom!

I didn't base someone's intelligence on the job they hold. I simply stated facts. There are smart people in the world and there are stupid people in the world. It's not mean or hateful, it's the truth.

I have two children, one is extremely intelligent. The other one is average intelligence. It isn't hateful or mean for me to make a distinction between the two.
