The media seems to want Trump out of the race. They say he was a democrat. So was Reagan. They say Trump sided with abortion. So did Reagan ( http://www.nationalreview.com/article/223437/reagans-darkest-hour-paul-kengor-patricia-clark-doerner ).

Now because he doesn't defend Obama when a questioner calls Obama a Muslim, Trump is in hot water. I ask why should Trump defend Obama? When has Obama defended Christians, the cops, or the exceptionalism of this great nation and its rich history?

Do you think Trump was wrong? Should he have done for Obama what McCain did a few years back (http://www.politico.com/story/2008/10/mccain-obama-not-an-arab-crowd-boos-014479 )?

Again, nothing but pure foolishness. Some guy comes out talking about getting all of the Muslims out of the country and he goes right along with it. The guy sounded like a Nazi talking about getting rid of the Jews, yet Trump didn't have sense enough to dismiss it.

The liberals believe in politically correct speech so they think that Trump should ignore the Bill of Rights and tell people what they may say and what they may not say.

Trump is not responsible for what others say. Now in Venezuela, the leading presidential candidate Leopoldo Lopez recently was sentenced to 14 1/2 years because he was blamed for a demonstration that he had nothing to do with. So you can see that the Venezuelan way is what the liberals have in mind.

I think Trump didn't correct the questioner because he likes the idea that people will link him to wanting to get rid of Muslim terrorist training camps. Even though Trump didn't say it, it was said in his presence and that will stick in people's minds. In fact, after a couple days in people's minds the story will morph into Trump is anti-Muslim. Which is just fine with him. It's already worked on you, Zaac. You said the guy wanted to get the Muslims out of the country when in fact he wanted to get rid of the (alleged) Muslim training camps.

Also, it will be in the news cycle for a day or so. Free publicity. Drown out anything else his opponents might say.

I would not be surprised if this guy was a Trump shill, planted there to ask the question.

Exactly my point. He wasn't their to lecture a weirdo, let them vent. If this was so important to our resident racist, why not jump on Obama for the hateful chants by the BLM against cops? Of course I ask this in general, because this person will call me "foolish" or "silly!" He forgets that we ALL still have free speech rights, or is that right only for the disenfranchised blacks still railing from slavery issues none of us today would have supported?

Oh I understand that's what they were talking about. But he allowed the conversation to be framed in such a way that folks would think they were talking about getting rid of Muslims.

And he knows this. That's why he didn't stop the guy from talking when he said what he said about the President. He already knew what was gonna be said and that it would be red meat for the press. And knew that it would drive the press cycle again.

So again, I KNEW what they were talking about. But I believe the guy deliberately framed his comments to be misconstrued at the prompting of the Trump campaign.

There's just something about the way he worded everything that said to me this was planned by the Trump people.

Isn't this the kind of innuendo you rail against Rush for?

Sure is. I'm simply pointing out there is another player in this game. Come to think of it they both appeal to the same audience.

Two possible conclusions. Zaac either believes the Nazis were correct about the Jews, or he believes the Muslims as innocent.

He continues to demonstrate his lack of knowledge when it comes to anything other than ranting about racist issues. If it walks like a troll. Looks like a troll. Talks like a troll ....... Well you get the point! Still, it's hard to not feed the trolls, because you hope something you say will finally get through to them, and maybe just maybe that light of sensibility will click on. Trouble is, we still see mere flickers of light. :flower:

Repubs and Democrats have been waiting for this kind of moment...the kind of moment when Trump jumps the shark. Nothing would make the other Repugnicans happier. Once Trump is gone, JEB will become the front runner. Then that will cause another Dummycrat win. Biden or Hillary. Just thinking of her as president makes me throw up in my mouth a little.

Meh, it's more likely that the nutjob was a plant from the Hillary or Bush camp, the tactic sounds more like them. Who was that fool, by the way? The MSM found out Joe the Plumber's identity in 2008 in seconds, makes me wonder if there's a little collusion going on here.

Then there's Chrissy Matthew's comment that "we got him", and of course, he's wrong about that too. Was there a mouse in his pocket when Chrissy said that?

Since when it is the job of the GOP to defend the 44th best President? If his dad was a Moslem and he is not, then he is under sentence for apostasy anyway by the Koran, right?

I thought Obama's father was a die hard Marxist and atheist but his GRANDFATHER was a muzzy.

Gramps was arrested as a Mau Mau suspect but Daddy was a muzzy socialist alcoholic who practiced polygamy--hence all the half-brothers and half-sisters. A Moslem told me that Obama does fall under the law of apostasy from the father's faith, for which the penalty is death, but that nothing would happen to Obama for being so high up--you know, 44th best president, yada, yada, yada.
