I am so disgusted with the news media, as they are trying to distinguish which group, it was that perpetrated these attacks. When it comes down to it, are they not all terrorists? It shouldn't matter which faction of radical Islam did the killing today in Paris as much as it does that terrorism is getting out of control.

In the last fourteen days, the terrorists have killed close over 425 civilians/citizens, and the good guys have killed Jihadi John! Tell me President Obama, how is this containing the terrorist? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...n-mohammed-emwazi-dead-syria-latest-news.html

This is a real disaster and something needs to be done.

Would you support the president if he ordered 250,000 US troops to Syria?

Would you? That seems like an irresponsible question, but you tend to be more docile when it comes to violence! I respect your views. But, when they bomb your neighborhoods in Ireland, ask that question of me again?

So is your answer 'yes?' You would support President Obama if he ordered 250,000 US troops to Syria? This is not a trap. Something needs to be done. What is the answer?

I freely admit that I don't know what should be done. I don't know how long Americans would stomach plane loads of flag draped coffins returning from Syria.

I know you are not playing the "I gotcha" card. I also agree that the West and the US can't stomach what it would take to go into the mid East and end this reign of terror.

I also think there will have to be something really BIG to get all the peace loving nations to do what they know has to be done, but don't want to do, as war among many things, is socially and morally unpleasant.

So, until the terrorists ignite a dirty nuke in America or Europe or elsewhere, no one will do anything. Our leaders will speak tough, but that is all they will do, especially Obama.

If anyone does anything, it may be Russia, but they still let Chechnya bomb their train stations, kill their people and like Obama they apply an ointment and bandage. Sad state of affairs.

A Che Guevara once said, "you can kill the man but not the cause." We are in a war that may take a century to defeat.

No. In the first place, we don't have 250,000 combat troops to send. Not any more. In the second place, Why Syria?
