MUSLIM COUNTRIES REFUSE TO TAKE A SINGLE SYRIAN REFUGEE, CITE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO TERRORISM

Five of the wealthiest Muslim countries have taken no Syrian refugees in at all, arguing that doing so would open them up to the risk of terrorism. Although the oil rich countries have handed over aid money, Britain has donated more than Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar combined.

Between 10 and 12 million Syrians have been displaced by the bloody civil war raging in their country. Most still remain within Syria’s borders, but around four million have fled over the borders into neighbouring countries, mostly Turkey Jordan and Lebanon, and beyond.

Lebanon, which has 1.1 million Syrian refugees, shut her borders to the Syrians in June of last year. Jordan, host to another 630,000, followed suit in August last year, preventing more Syrians from abandoning their country.

Our emperor has gladly opened wide our doors(without asking Congress, the senate the State governors or the American people) to allow up to 1/4 million of them which up to date have consisted of young (18 - 30 yr) military age males.

    Any challenges to that statement?

And OBTW Saudi Arabia has temporary air condition tent housing to hold up to 3,000,000 people (which BTW would be a perfect solution the folks of the religion of peace - their own religion BTW - from Syria).

    But they wont do it.

    http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/sep/15/saudi-arabia-has-100000-air-conditioned-tents-sitt/

    Why should we?

Why not have all of NATO (US included) contribute to a similar fund to build one in Turkey maybe?

Why airlift them here under great expense, against the will of the people, putting our cities against the great risk Paris suffered, etc...try desperately to vet them then deporting ( to whomever will take them) back to Saudi - or wherever).

The rest of the world needs to SERIOUSLY ask, why do Arab/Muslim countries not want even one refugee?

And if thay come up with an answer that goes like this., "because these countries LACK compassion for fellow man!" Then they would be dead wrong .....

These Arab/Muslim nations refuse to take in at least one fellow Muslim, because they know these people would bring the problems they flee, to their new nation.

Learn this Obama. There are times that "slamming the door in the face of those wanting to live in your country" is the right thing to.

Regarding the building of camps in Turkey for the Syrian refugees, there already is one. They just don't want to stay in it. And that is just one of the MANY things that annoys me about this whole mess we've got into.

When you look at the refugees coming over most of them aren't families, women and children, these are fighting fit men in their 20's. In my eyes these aren't refugees.

This isn't immigration, this is an invasion, and what happened in Paris last Friday night, will be the first of many attacks around the world, well, in every country that's welcomed them in with open arms anyway...

Yes and it is rightfully named by the average citizen - the 21st century Trojan Horse (actually the ISIS Horse) except for our emperor with his shiny new clothes.

What happened during WWII - Yes we provided housing for Japanese Americans but surrounded by barbed wire and armed guards (not passing judgment just stating a fact). and most of them were loyal documented American citizens!

BUT, We have NO WAY of knowing who these undocumented , non-citizen military age Syrian (mostly Muslim) males are!

AND! ISIS has already bragged that they have brought in 4000 head removers as "REFUGEES"!

Unfortunately, deep seated guilt, liberalism and political correctness forbids internment camps from ever being built again. But it may have to be camps or mass deportation if the Trojan Horse unleashes its rage of war on American soil.

Well one of the attackers from friday was traced back and he came into France via Greece as a refugee. So that's one...

The problem is that even though ISIS told us that they would be sending terrorists to invade Europe, the governments still insist on letting them in. And with the way that Obama is talking, America will be next.

There are close to two million refugees residing in Muslim countries today. This article is about 5 specific countries that will not admit refugees, not all Muslim countries.

Why are we surprised that countries full of people who don't know Jesus wouldn't be amenable to opening their country and their homes to those who are in need?

As I said before, the Syrian refugee issue is indeed challenging. But the people of God need to be talking about what we CAN do instead of what we won't do.

Missed this statement until you pointed it out. All I can say is WOW! Someone that professes Jesus as Lord of their life is disappointed that we can't have internment camps again. What a sad, hateful, and pitiful man he must be.

Cut of foreign aid to those nations especially Muslim nations who will not accept NATO funds to build camps extend camps or open up their already existing EMPTY camps (Saudi) to those of their own religion and/or language.

I think that's a good start for a domestic policy. We, the United States, seem to always try to take on the full burden while oil rich kingdoms, like Saudi Arabia, the center of Islam, chooses to do nothing?

And while I think the lack of action by Muslim countries may give our government pause, I don't think it should be an end -all to US involvement in trying to help the refugees (which may be why The President is trying to only place 10,000).

It definitely shouldn't be the basis for the response of the Body of Christ. What our response should be needs to be shaped by our love for our neighbors. It might just be challenging. Be we, again, are called of God to be a peculiar people.

Wouldn't the world be left wondering if Christians came together to provide for that 10,000?

I say again, give em a chunk of West Texas and make it like the Indian Reservations. There's nothing really over there in. You could give them enough land to be their own little territory. And be able to secure the territory and know when people are trying to come and go until we've been able to sufficiently vet the folks we allow in.

There is very little "Federal" land in West Texas to be given away.

An excellent idea, I would add to that - first let them stay in Saudi (or wherever) until they are properly vetted then allow them in. The empty housing quarters in Saudi (enough for three million people) are air conditioned, have kitchens and toilets.

I believe the world citizens would accept that especially if we were funding it along with the other NATO nations.

West Texas is one of the poorest ideas I've seen in a while. As stated, W Texas has very little public land. And while West Texas folks are some of the friendliest folks anywhere, overall they have a very low tolerance for PC of any kind. If Muslims try to flex their muscles, it would be squashed very quickly with whatever force was necessary. A much better idea is to send them all to sanctuary cities like San Francisco and Seattle. Or to murder capitals like Detroit and Chicago. It won't be long til there is a full blown war between black, Hispanic and Muslim gangs. Might take their minds off terrorism.

Imminent domain or something. West Texas is huge!!! Just drive through it sometime. We could easily 4 or 500 acres and build a lil city for 10,000 people. Just thinking outside the box.

I had forgot about all those air-conditioned spaces in Saudi Arabia. They definitely need to step up.

This is quite saddening. However, you couldn't really blame those countries for not accepting Syrian refugees to enter their borders anymore. It's because some terrorists would pretend to be civillians, and once they have entered these muslim countries, they could already start attacking innocent people.
