2015 was when social justice warriors and the regressive left went ‘full retard’.

What’s your biggest libtard fail of 2015?

The Washington Redskins refuse to change their name in spite of the PC Grand Inquisitors threats.

What a feat to have to narrow all of it down to only 5!

They had to narrow it down to 5 to keep it short enough to stay within people's attention span.

So, as my pastor says, "The mind can absorb only as much as the seat can endure." Also, the Federalist Papers were written as short bites.

Poncho, I can't believe you slipped upon my allusion to The Federalist Papers. They were published in 1787-88 in the New York Packet and the Independent Journal. I would hardly accuse John Jay, James Madison, and Alexander Hamilton of writing in talking points. It took 85 essays to cover their concerns.

As for my pastor's remark, he gives it as a reason for stopping at the +/-35 minute mark. Though, he is known for spreading a message out over multiple services. So, instead of one 90 minute message we get three ninety minute ones.

Your other remark is a non-sequitur, at least as far as this forum is concerned.

I've been reading the Federalist papers and the "anti Federalist papers" 1786 -1800 for years. I can't believe you would accuse me of accusing the authors of these papers of writing in talking points. When I did no such thing.

Well actually I can believe you would do that. Because you did.

As far as your pastor's remark . . . I agree with him. Who wants to sit for two or three hours to learn more about a subject when people can be told what to think about it in a few minutes by someone they trust like a politician or the corporate media or some other authority figure?

I don't know about you but I can think of a lot of questions to ask the candidates they haven't been asked. I can only guess why others haven't been able to do the same. Take you for instance, you've read the Federalist papers and our founding documents or so you've led me to believe. I'd think you could come up with some really good questions to ask the candidates.

    So why haven't you?

Because, I don't read the Politics forum. In fact, I'm more interested in the theological orientated forums. As for my pastor, we get the same information only spread out over a period of weeks. Does your church have two hour long services?

If we're lucky they can be that short some times.
