This is going to sound racist, and I apologize ahead of time for floating this thought, but there is a big "elephant" in the room that many are not wanting to bring up. As for the "elephant reference, no pun was intended as the GOP and it elephant mascot, but in order to get to my point, I needed to say it like that.

Her is my greatest concerns about Cruz and Rubio, and it is not that one is antagonistic while the other is young. Nor is it that both are as inexperienced as Obama was. My concerns are that both are Hispanic-Americans, and just like are first black POTUS has caused race relations between blacks and caucasian's to lose any gains made over the last 50 years, can we really expect either Rubio or Cruz to be objective when it comes to enforcing immigration laws; building a stronger border fence and not caving to amnesty???

If my concerns are racist, sorry! But, I had my concerns with Obama, and his actions have given me pause when it comes to the two Hispanic candidates.

What say you? Can a Hispanic man be trusted to enforce our laws according to the desires of a majority of the people? I really want to know what others think, because one of these men could be running for president, and I'd like my concerns to be set aside by some solid input from those with other views of this issue Thanks!

Given that Cruz has actions behind him that back up his words, I trust him. I don't care what politicians say, I look at what they do. Cruz has done what he said he would do as Senator, do everything in his power to stop Obama, so his past actions including putting a poison pill into Rubio's gang of 8 plan gives me reassurance that he will continue to the the constitutional conservative that he has always claimed to be.

You have got to be one of the most blatantly racially prejudiced persons I have ever encountered.

[IMG] What is wrong with you? Do people of any skin tone really even want to claim you any more?

I think that you should move to Mexico to learn what it is like to be an immigrant.

Ah. I'd have to have a desire to move thee, and I don't .... so your suggestion is about as interesting as you usually are.

Secondly, they are not immigrants. Rolfie ... they are illegals. Criminals who broke our laws. And continue to break our laws, tons of laws while they hide in e Dark, then violently protest that America give them everything from comrade Bernies' playbook, plus award them amnesty for cheating their way to America.

So, maybe you should take your own advice. Move there, illegally, and write me about your experiences from deep inside the Tijuana jail. It may make a great book, come o think of it. And now back to IGNORE for you!

I think that you missed my point. My comment was not intended as some type of insult. It was meant to suggest that you would be well served to recognize what a stranger experiences when he makes his home in a foreign land.

Why do you have the need to essentially slap me in the face with bits like this? This is not the first time. Is it because of the country of my birth? I am as much of an American citizen as you presumably are.

You would not appreciate people calling you Unrighteousdude, however appropriate it may seem based on your postings...

Academia., and experinence may mean something to you TC, but to mean it does add up to anything more or less than what Obama presented. Secondly, the man is as phony as a four dollar bill.

I am looking for authenticism. And from what I have observed, he lacks that quality. And I should note, that I once held Ted in high esteem. He was my pick. But the more I see, the more I don't like.

Sorry, TC, but you seem to be hung up on academics and a lofty resume making the man. You even boast of that yourself. And while these things look good on paper, let me remind you that paper is something I line my bird cage with.

I know enough about Cruz to say he is not what I thought he was. Now he is a huge disappointment.

    Selah!

You cannot be talking about Ted Cruz because your description of him here is not Ted Cruz.
