It's shocking how ignorant our young people seem to be.
Cal-Berkley, the home of the free speech movement, has done a 180 degree shift.
The thing that is notable is that our young people blame systems for individual problems.
At a local religious university there have been a handful of racist notes placed for students of color to read. The students in the school have blamed the university administrators for the racism while forgetting to call upon the students to stand up against racism. It's an odd thing to see people blame a perceived system for individual wickedness. Should not justice be meted out to the individual law breaker rather than condemning society as unjust?

An editorial in our local paper suggested that the "Free Speech Movement" at Berkeley was never as much about free speech as it seemed to be.
