Comey Memos Contained Classified Information – Leaks May Be in Violation of Federal Law

Last night, we got another shocking revelation in the apparent corruption of fired FBI Director James Comey. According to reports, at least four of the seven memos Comey drafted of privileged communications he had with the President contained classified information.

As we reported, last month, in his testimony under oath to a U.S. Senate committee, Comey admitted to leaking at least one of those memos about his confidential and privileged deliberative conversations with the President.

We knew then there were more memos. Now we know there were seven.

We suspected then that the memos contained classified information. Now we know that more than half of the memos contained classified information.

It is shocking that the ACLJ found it "shocking." Jay might be on firmer ground if he wasn't Trump's attorney. Looks like a conflict of interest to me for Jay to be dragging the ACLJ into the whole Trump mess.

There are some technicalities here. Jay claims that, among other things, Trump's comments fall under executive privilege. Yet Trump has not claimed executive privilege, except perhaps through Jay. Or Trump's original attack dog, Marc Kasowitz, who has been strangely silent on the Russian thing since he attacked Comey a month ago. He's busy claiming that Trump didn't defame Summer Zervos when he said she was lying about being groped. And he's being left out of the loop on the Russian "thing." This is pure Trump. He says things, sends out his people to justify them, then throws them under the bus.

If Comey did disclose classified information (if you read carefully, there's not proof yet of that assertion) I suspect a jury would be sympathetic to a career public servant was who fired ostensibly on one charge but the president confirmed it was because of the Russian "thing."

Oh, ya no proof yet. This causes the progressives hysterics and a seizure when President Trump says this.

But even if it's true, "hey It's only like getting a parking ticket". :Roflmao

My opinion, of course.
