He had/had a house in Petersham,Mass and a good friend was a caretaker. Bill had given him a Gretsch Chet Atkins guitar that was priceless 30 years ago. Hope he sold it before this happened.

I'm very sad. I've always been such a huge fan of his even before the Cosby show. I was a "Fat Albert" fan and fan of his comedy acts. I also appreciated his moral stance on so many issues.

But I'm also grieved to read that he confessed to multiple affairs throughout his 54 year old marriage, confessed to using Quaaludes with women over the years to "help them relax", and giving this particular woman drugs to help her "relax".

I am grieved, grieved over this.

Women have a tendency not to be believed. Especially when famous men are involved.

The whole mess should wake us all up.

I am glad there is a bit of justice for him in this life. However, the One he really needs to fear is his Maker.
