Quit deflecting.Did the military ever force you to kill someone in battle?
What sins have you willingly committed?Quit deflecting.
What sins have you committed against your will?
Have you considered God's elect do not do this? And many false believers do?I never said it was.
However, a lost man who divorces and remarries before being saved, when they’re saved, that’s forgiven, blotted out by the blood of the Lamb. But you expect them to leave their spouse or remain with her?
Paul addressing believers at Corinth...But living in adultery is OK?
Every one of them. No one has made me sin. Not even Satan can make me do it.What sins have you willingly committed?
Many have sketchy backgrounds but do not remain in them after conversion to Christ.Paul addressing believers at Corinth...
Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor thecovetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God. Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.1 Corinthians 6:9-11]
Here he told them all who could not inherit the kingdom of God. Yes, adulterers were included. However, he then told them such were some of them. Yes, adultery can be saved.
Exactly. They have been forgiven if it. God imputes the Christ’s righteousness unto them and now they stand before Him clothed in the Son’s righteousness. Many have sketchy backgrounds but do not remain in them after conversion to Christ.
Now that I have answered yours, answer mine. What sins have you willingly committed?
Nope.Have you considered God's elect do not do this? And many false believers do?
“Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.” (1 John 3:9)Nope.
So, ppl can live sinless in the flesh here on earth?“Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.” (1 John 3:9)
You are missing the point. If you know something is sin, and then choose to do it, you are not atoned for.Now that I have answered yours, answer mine.
What sins have you committed against your will?
“Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.” (1 John 3:9)
The flesh is wicked and we battle it continuously. But we do not willfully and consciously yield to it.So, ppl can live sinless in the flesh here on earth?
You are missing the point. If you know something is sin, and then choose to do it, you are not atoned for.
Practice begins with the first sin.No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.[NASB]
Get out of the 17th century and get a bible that actually speaks our language.
You keep saying this but won’t answer my question. But I know why...The flesh is wicked and we battle it continuously. But we do not willfully and consciously yield to it.
That’s not the context, not even remotely close.Practice begins with the first sin.
If you understood the passage, you would not be asking leading questions. You still won’t answer my question. What sins have you committed against your will?
