WASHINGTON — Attorney General William P. Barr has assigned the top federal prosecutor in Connecticut to examine the origins of the Russia investigation, according to two people familiar with the matter, a move that President Trump has long called for but that could anger law enforcement officials who insist that scrutiny of the Trump campaign was lawful.

But that was long before he had anyone to actually look into it. The Dems say a lot of things they don’t mean the way real people do—much like actors, aka hypocrites.

Right. what gets them in trouble is the unskilled use of the Alinsky narcissistic tactics of Projection (Blame-shifting to the victim) and Gaslighting (engendering self doubt in the victim).

Eventually it catches up to them but often a lot of harm is done to the innocent e.g. Justice Kavanaugh.
Unfortunately for the perps Kavanaugh fought back and was vindicated.

But either in this life and/or the next, retribution will eventually come:
Matthew 12:36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

If only they could also prosecute all the Democrats who have been frantically “colluding” with the Deep State Coup attempts to remove our duly elected President. Would be the icing on the cake…

It begins! I can't wait until the first indictments come down. Who will it be? McCabe? Comey? Strouck? Clapper? Brennan? Page? Will the trail end up at Obama's door?

I'll believe it when I see it.

OK they are innocent until proven guilty and that probably wont happen.

If, IF, this results in even one or two minor players being prosecuted, I predict we will see a mass exodus of the deep state players to "non-extradition treaty" countries; in particular Clintons & Obamas!!

They already got the proof sitting at this U.S. Attorney's steps in a nice neat package all he needs to do is go to DC and line up the ducks for the upcoming shooting match.

Yeah, that's funny, but this one from your link takes the cake:

Frankly, I believe that, at this point, the public interest is best satisfied with the maximum level of transparency. That means Trump dropping his executive privilege arguments and the Justice Department fully investigating both sides of the matter.

What?! Where has this guy (Jonathan Turley) been, and what planet is he on now? Trump did not invoke any executive privilege while he was being investigated for two plus years. Now it's time to go after all of those perpetrating the "investigation" conspiracy against him.

    ...
The appointment should satisfy critics who have demanded a full investigation into the origins of the investigation and the role of the Steele Dossier in the early decisions. Frankly, I believe that, at this point, the public interest is best satisfied with the maximum level of transparency. That means Trump dropping his executive privilege arguments and the Justice Department fully investigating both sides of the matter. My concern is only that I fail to understand why the Huber and IG investigations were not sufficient.

    What do you think?

Notably, the Boston abuses [John Dunham] investigated — that resulted in prison time for FBI agent John Connolly, who collaborated with crime boss White Bulger and framed four innocent men for murders that Bulger committed — involved Robert Mueller, who was assistant U.S. attorney and then acting U.S. attorney in Boston for much of the period. Mueller "wrote letters to the parole and pardon boards throughout the 1980s opposing clemency for the four men framed by FBI lies."

Yeah. They really should know better, and probably do. But do you think they will listen to good sense? Only if it is politically expedient. :Rolleyes

I think it's politically expedient for Trump and the Republicans for them to stay the course they're on. :D
