I agree with you. I was responding to the fact someone said she was a worship leader. I agree with you about the pastor being the true worship leader.

Yes, why do we call the music director the "Worship leader" Have we gotten to the point as to where the music is more important than the message?
I think many churches have. When I was growing up the music, announcements, offering, special music etc took 20 minutes. The preacher preached about 40 minutes and the benediction took a couple minutes.
At the church I am now at, music etc takes about 40 minutes and the preaching lasts about 30. It drives me insane.
We take the insanity a step further and call the music director the " pastor of worship."
and I refuse to do so!

The young woman dressed like trash and acted like trash, yet the elder women who privately tried to correct her a little is the one getting in trouble? Shame on the spineless leaders of that United Methodist Church for forcing/letting that elder lady resign from the volunteer position. The cowards rewarded that trashy young women who tried to publicly humiliate the church, as well as abused an elder lady in the church.
The other half of the problem here is the disrespectful, rebellious attitude of the trashy young woman who declared she can do anything she wants while cussing at the elder lady. If I were a young man in a church and an elder man objected to how I was dressed, even if I thought he was wrong, I wouldn't yell or cuss at him. That might also be because I'm not a spoiled brat in a class that is always trying to imagine evidence that I'm being oppressed -- you know the type, you see them in videos like this, where something mundane happens to them and they go ballistic about their rights being violated and the idiotic, perverse members of public gives their sympathy to the trouble maker.
PS, That trashy woman, in the link in the OP, is wearing a sodomite shirt, a few tweets down.
PPS, I'll put some extra money aside for taxes to help pay the trashy young woman's welfare burden in the coming years.
