Thanks, you are right about the pictures being all you need to know something is wrong! He looks like Justin Trudeau when he was an employee of an elite private school and had his hands all over the women like Joe Biden, the creep.

    This is criminal!

Why are the authorities not summoned!

By LAW they must have been informed - even if they are Yankees.

And people actually think that God has His hand in such a ministry?

When their parents confronted the church’s pastor about the alleged abuse of Feltner’s authority, they were urged to keep things quiet, the two women allege.

“JoAnna’s and my parents met with pastor Don Moore to discuss the betrayal and lies that were exploding before us. Wes told Joe Donahue [his friend in ministry] that ‘he was a dead man,’ and ‘his ministry was over!’ In response to Wes’ behaviors that evening, a few men from the church went to Wes’ house and removed all guns and risk of him hurting himself,” Frey wrote.

“Meanwhile, at the church Pastor Don simply dismissed it all, saying that allowing the church to know what had happened and telling the truth would only allow the church body to see myself and JoAnna for the blame we deserve, and that we needed to protect the church. This meant, ‘what had happened will not be made public, and we should not talk about it,’” she said.
And to think, this man is supposed to be a "man of God?"

He didn't just compromise himself by neglect, he PLOTTED and SCHEMED and then was afraid that "his ministry was over."

    Duh, do you think?

    Oh, wait.

    There's more!

The church is still in the sweeping business, because “Pastor Wes and his family are entering a period to seek healing and we will walk with them during this process.”

They crossed state lines! That is a Fed crime.

Just ask Jack Schapp. The Five Most Revolting Details from the Evidence in the Jack Schaap Case

Yuck, thanks for the story about Hammond, Indiana. I haven't been there for several decades. That entire calumet area is just extended Chicago.

Why is it criminal? Why should law enforcement be informed?

    Two items.

    1) both girls were under 18
    2) both girls were under his leadership authority.

Did you not see were he was with one in another state?

Read the Schaap article to see what the feds regard about things like this.

Both girls were 18. So, legally an adult.
    In addition:
One of the girls had her parent's permission to date Feltner.
One of the girls parent's gave her permission to travel to Las Vegas with Feltner.

But neither gave permission for the abuse, which both church and parents consider the relationships.

Berean Church officials said earlier this month that they had hired an outside firm to investigate the claims of JoAnna Hendrickson and Megan Frey, who allege in separate narratives on a website they created that Feltner used his position of authority to dupe them into explicit relationships while he was their youth pastor at First Southern Baptist Church in Evansville, Indiana.”

“When their parents confronted the church’s pastor about the alleged abuse of Feltner’s authority, they were urged to keep things quiet, the two women allege.”

    You said:

In fact, no laws were broken. This is my issue with your statements.

Obviously what Feltner did was horrible, but not illegal.

Actually the story states: "Both women, who were about 18 when they got involved with Feltner"

Why would he take a trip to Vegas?

    Had he no personal standards?

Read the website the women set up. Says they were both 18. Besides, parents gave permission for their daughters to date him and for one of them to go with him to Las Vegas.

Stated reason for the trip was so that he could be with the girl in public.

    No, he had no standards.

Was that youth pastor married at the time he started relationships with these two young adults? I think more and more than a pastor should be married.

Millions of kids are sexually abused by teachers every year in public schools, but the media ignores it.

No, he was not married. He was openly dating someone else, had been for a long time, and openly talking about marrying her when he started secret relationships with these two other young ladies.

Millions per year, not covered in the news, yet you know of this...how?

They don't ignore it, it's on the news quite frequently.

Remember the news reports consideration: "Dog bites man - Not news ----- Man bites dog - that is news"

Normally the news is what normally does not happen.

Found this: "about 3.5 million students (nearly 7%) surveyed reported having had physical sexu@l* contact from an adult (most often a teacher or coach). The type of physical contact ranged from unwanted touching of their body, all the way up to sexu@l* intercourrre*."
(* purposely misspeled due to google)

Couple of things - 1) this includes "unwanted touching" - NOW I am Not condoning such unwanted action - BUT would that include putting your arm
around the child or giving a hug? Also did any kids report a teacher out of spite? We have to be careful of stats - unless we know the entire story.

Granted there are teachers who do go way too far - But lets look at all three sides of a story.
