OK, then maybe the mods should close this one so not to create confusion.

The officers made several attempts to get Mr. Floyd in the backseat of squad 320 from the driver’s side. Mr. Floyd did not voluntarily get in the car and struggled with the officers by intentionally falling down, saying he was not going in the car, and refusing to stand still. Mr. Floyd is over six feet tall and weighs more than 200 pounds. While standing outside the car, Mr. Floyd began saying and repeating that he could not breathe. The defendant went to the passenger side and tried to get Mr. Floyd into the car from that side and Lane and Kueng assisted. The defendant pulled Mr. Floyd out of the passenger side of the squad car at 8:19:38 p.m. and Mr. Floyd went to the ground face down and still handcuffed.

Ok, I see now why the police did what they did, they considered him to be resisting them and he was, but that does not excuse what they did, IMO!

Honestly, this takes some wisdom, if you dont want to be treated in bad ways, then do not resist the police when they arrest you.

Lot of people clamoring now about the autopsy report. They're saying strangulation was not the cause of death.

So the storyline now is, Well, he didn't die of strangulation? Of course, no one has been saying he did, that looks very different. But it shows how ugly and dishonest this is going to get.

Is it too early to thank Minneapolis for blowing the CV19 absurdity up in smoke?

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner (ME) conducted Mr. Floyd’s autopsy on May 26, 2020. The full report of the ME is pending but the ME has made the following preliminary findings. The autopsy revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation. Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.

The defendant had his knee on Mr. Floyd’s neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds in total. Two minutes and 53 seconds of this was after Mr. Floyd was non-responsive. Police are trained that this type of restraint with a subject in a prone position is inherently dangerous.

That knee shouldn’t have been there for any of those eight minutes forty six seconds let alone any second after he was non-responsive. He was down and cuffed.

Methinks the suspect can’t possibly get away with negligence in his death. Let’s see the full autopsy report

Right. There was emotional stress involved which is greater than physical stress in the fight or flight psychological episodes.

Burn it all down in a raging madness is what I see going on now. The NBC Nightly evening news seems to be justifying all this extreme behavior.

It does not matter. When you take control of a person you assume responsibility for that person. The officer is a criminal and guilty of murder.

Yes that’s what I meant. I just recall how a triathlete of thread highest physical condition would be bent over grasping for air after one round in a boxing match. The emotional stress could’ve contributed to whatever pre existing problems Floyd had.
