Well, no surprise, but you're wrong again. The reflection you can see when he holds up the picture of him with his two teenage sons shows a reflection of a quadrant of monitors that are facing Biden. [At about the 1:50-1:55 time mark.] In the upper left hand quadrant is the live shot of the Late Late Show, showing Biden holding up his photo. Below that is a shot of something else, looks like a news control room. In the lower right hand quadrant of the reflection is a live shot of a news announcer/anchor putting his earpiece in his right ear and in the upper right hand quadrant is the text that the news reader is going to read.

In short, Biden is not using a teleprompter. Furthermore, there are plenty of shots of Biden talking when he's not looking into the camera, such as when he's picking up the photos.

 

That’s just political... Obama won it as well.

How do you explain the words in green? Why hasn't Biden denied using a teleprompter or offered some explanation? What about in the Dice video where Biden is reading something very rapidly about policy?

 

That's likely the text for the news anchor in the lower right hand part of the screen. You really think host James Corden saying, "just move it, move it....oh, look at that" is scripted?

You must be the only guy in town who does not think that Biden uses a teleprompter. It wasn't a news anchor--it was some kind of late show. There is nothing wrong with using a teleprompter. However, it is not extemporaneous speech if it is canned. Actually, I am starting to feel sorry for Biden because he is looking very pitiful as he struggles to remember. Some are noticing that he does not appear much at night because he seems at his best in the morning and may be going to pieces after sunset. Years ago we had a friend who worked for county welfare in the small rural county where we lived and she remarked that she always went to nursing homes in the mornings when the very elderly were at their mental sharpest. I am older than Biden--I think that he is just a worn out Irish politician who didn't steal so much for himself but did make his family rich. He was Delaware Senator at about age 30, a protégé of Al Gore, Sr., who was more suave than his son, who turned into a total hedonist and money grubber.

News flash for you. Almost no speech given by a politician is extemporaneous.

You are wrong. Trump gave 150 press questionings extemporaneously. Furthermore, he discarded his teleprompter at rallies. C'mon, Man, your candidate is no good.
