The Democrats no longer support the first amendment freedom of speech. Obama is just one of the Democrat cheerleaders for a police state.

Now - keep in mind - there is some valid speech restriction- ie yelling fire in a crowed theater.

In addition - Facebook - for example - has a right to limit any speech it desires.as it is a private company.
Just as I as an admin on FB pages - I have certain rules on FB pages I admin. Some are not using filthy language.
I have had people complain about that. - I tell them there are other pages they can go to.
Now, as far as FB censoring some of my own FB pages - well, that is why I am in the process of going to

So you must know all about Facebook. Is it a private publisher in your opinion?

    1) NO - I do not know everything about Facebook
    2) it is a private company - and they are allowed to make their own rules.
    3) I do not like some of their rules
    4) I am NOT required to use Facebook
    5) I can take my business elsewhere
    6) I know I dont pay the money directly - but they do have ads - which if
I am not on FB - will will not see them - thus thoses advertisers will end up paying less.
7)the USA is a Capitalist county - Thankgoodness

Let me rephrase the question. In your opinion, is FB a publisher?

As I said - I dont know everything.
Could be a legal thing - I can ask my lawyer - but I will have him send his bill to you.

Ha!ha! Your lawyer probably is like mine. I asked him how much he charged and he said $1000 for 3 questions. I said that’s expensive, isn’t it? And he replied, yes, it is; what’s your 3rd question?

Ask him for free advice, and he will point you to the local barkeep down the street.
